Trained in the art of modern French cuisine in some of the best Restaurant in Belgium and United States, our Head Chef Geoffrey Malmedy creates his dishes using the finest, freshest seasonal Scottish produce.
From 12-2pm, Tuesday-Saturday you can choose from our lunch menu, offering two courses for £12.95 (with desserts from £4.00) or our renowned a la carte menu with starters from £7.00, main meat and fish dishes from £17 and desserts from £6.95
Our Dinner Market Menu runs from Tuesday to Friday, and gives a choice of a 3 Course Set Menu at £25.00
Dinner, from the a la carte menu, is served 6-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday.
For parties of up to eight, Chef´s Table offers the ultimate way to enjoy our tasting menu while watching the kitchen at work. Geoff and his team will be on hand to introduce and explain each dish as it is served.
Our New Steak and Chop Selection is now available. We use the finest of Scottish Beef supplied by Beuccleuch Estate, where it is traditionnally reared and matured for a minimum of 21 days to ensure the very best flavours.
Our seven-course tasting menu (£55) is the perfect introduction to our cuisine. Two lists of wines (£25 or £50) selected by our sommelier to accompany each dish are available – or you can choose your own favourites.
Our staff will be happy, where possible, to cater for special dietary requirements.
